Express Class (6 hours/2-3 sessions)

This course is designed for the extra busy couple and is only available in person. Topics covered include what to expect during labor, epidurals, coping techniques, comfort measures and writing a birth plan.

Hospital Birth Class (6 weekly sessions)

This course is designed for the couple who wants more than a typical hospital class - including more relaxation, coping techniques and labor practice. Topics also include testing and interventions, as well as medicated and cesarean births.

Home & Birth Center Birth Class (5 weekly sessions)

If you are planning to have your baby at home or at a freestanding birth center, this class will give you the nuts and bolts of labor as well as coping techniques for both partners. Learn what happens before, during and after birth, as well as variations of labor so you are able to make informed decisions as your birth unfolds.

Comprehensive: Complete Preparation for an Amazing Birth 

(10 weekly sessions)

If you desire an unmedicated birth, are first-time parents, or are preparing for a VBAC, this class will prepare you on all levels - physically, mentally and emotionally.

In addition to teaching Birth Boot Camp Childbirth Education, I am a birth doula. In the event that I am called to a birth before or during class time, I will notify you as soon as possible. I will make arrangements for making up classes whether that is choosing another day that week, or extending the class by a week.
